Mayford Meadows Nature Reserve and Village hall are highlights as well as its business centre and school.
The Local Gastropub is the Bird In Hand with also The Drumming Snipe close by as well. Both have very good reviews.
It has a mixture of detached homes with many semi detached houses as well as newly built estates.

This family home was built with original Rosewood coloured wooden window frames and front door, which matches the facias and other features in this colour.
Unfortunately over time the wooden framed windows had started to show signs of wear and decay, along with condensation, which was a key decision in opting to change all the windows to have a uniformed look.
